All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.
Orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days before being dispatched.

Processing times may be longer during busy periods such as holidays or promotions.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time within the UK is:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered

• Colour or style preference

This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt made-to-order and personalised items from the standard 14-day return period.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

We will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

 

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with Printful and the delivery carrier.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
